There are two reasons why the 'duplicate purchase' sign appears.
1. If you have a subscription from your account and either you or your partner either made a duplicate payment or purchased the 'lifetime subscription'
A 'duplicate purchase' sign simply indicates that two different products are being providing simultaneously, so even if you cancel the subscription, you will continue to see the 'duplicate purchase' sign.
As per Between's policies, you won't be able to get a refund for the remaining days left on the existing purchase when changing products. Also, you are unable to refund/cancel newly purchased products.
If you are currently subscribed to a subscription plan (1 month, 6 months, 1 year), please unsubscribe from the subscription page in Google Play Store or the App Store to prevent automatic payments (no refund/cancellations after billing).
2. Duplicate payment due to system error
In this situation, please provide the information below and send us an inquiry to our Help Center (firstname.lastname@example.org) so we can check out the issue.
- Between account:
- Please attach the purchase receipt for Between Plus
- Please contact us with the email address that matches your Between account to verify your identity.
