If the email you requested hasn't arrived, please check the information below.
- Check if your Between ID is correct (check for typos).
- Check if your email address is inactive.
- Check if it was filtered to either your spam folder or another mailbox.
- Check if you have a spam filter in your settings (If so, try deactivating the spam filter for a bit).
If none of the above applies to you, try changing your Between ID to a different email address and request the email again.
