- Please click the link again in the email with the disconnection guide
- Login with your Between ID
- Press the ‘Backup Data’ button in the upper corner of the screen
- Enter the email address you want to use to receive the backup email. If the email is still not arriving, try entering a different email address.
- Please check to see if the email arrived normally.
1. Once you receive the backup email, please download the link within 14 days of receiving it. Once the download period expires, you have to request to receive the email again on the purchase page.
2. You can’t request the backup email in the following situations:
- Data restoration period has expired
- Either I deleted my account or my partner deleted their’s
- Your account is currently still connected to your partner
