Even if you log out or delete the app, your connection with your partner won’t automatically end.
If you logged back in and only you can see the connection screen, this means you signed in with a different email address and not the one you used to establish connection with your partner in the beginning.
- Carefully check your ID from your partner’s app
- Log out from your connection screen
- Log in using your ID you confirmed with your partner’s app
1. This situation occurs when you log in with the wrong ID. Please check your ID carefully.
2. Let your partner know they shouldn’t disconnect their connection with you.
3. If you’re currently in the opposite situation with your partner, just switch roles and follow these same steps.
