If the payment was processed but your Between Plus service hasn’t begun, please follow the steps outlined below and contact our Help Center.
1. Go to the More tab > Between Plus> Press the ‘Restore purchase list’ button.
2. If you Between Plus is still not working, please refer to the link below and see if your purchase receipt was processed.
3. Either take a screenshot of your purchase receipt with the order number clearly visible or attach the purchase receipt and send us an email inquiry at firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. We’ll look into your issue.
1. Please send us your email inquiry using the email address registered as your Between ID.
2. Depending on Google or Apple’s guidelines, your case may be handled differently.
