Was your payment processed but your Hearts weren't recharged? If so, stop recharging your Hearts and follow the steps outlined below to contact our Help Center.
1. Go to the More tab > Purchase Hearts > Try recharging again.
2. If your Hearts still haven't recharged, please check if you received a purchase receipt.
3. Screenshot the purchase receipt so the order number is visible or send the receipt to our Help Center (email@example.com).
4. We'll review your inquiry.
1. Please send us an inquiry using the email address you are using as your Between ID.
2. Depending on whether you're using Google or Apple, the guidelines and processes may differ.
