Your Between ID is the email address you used during sign up. You can view this information on either your screen or your connected partner’s screen (More tab > Profile > Account Connection Information).

If you can’t look up your ID following the above steps, please send us an inquiry to our Help Center (feedback@between.us) with specific details and we’ll try our best to provide support.

※Caution

1. It’s not possible to look up your ID with just your basic information (e.g. Name, Phone Number, Date of Birth, etc.).

2. To look up your ID, we may need your connected partner’s help.
