The most important thing when it comes to your Between usage is your ID.

If you forget your ID or register using an invalid email address, it will be difficult to verify your identity. This means you may not be able to recover the memories you shared together with your partner.

If you forget your ID, you can check if you registered with a certain ID through the Help Center. However, you won’t be able to recover your ID using this method.

We hope you understand that we aren’t responsible for any issues that arise due to the aforementioned reason.  Of course, we hope you don’t experience any issues while using Between so please register with a valid ID and be sure to manage your account details.
