If you purchase a paid product to store the data that you and your (now disconnected) partner used to share, your partner won’t receive a notification alerting them of your purchase, nor will an email be sent out to them regarding your order.

However, if you extend the data recovery period, you will receive the same reminder again via email regarding the purchased data storage product. Your partner will also receive the reminder email and will be alerted of the product purchase.
