If you can’t use the ID and also forgot the password, you need to change your account. In order to change your account, we will need your partner’s help, so please read the information below.
■If you’re dealing with this problem please follow the steps below:
1. Please write down your information.
- The current ID: ?
- The new ID you’re trying to update to: ? (send us the inquiry using this email)
- Your partner’s ID (partner you’re connected with): ?
2. Once you fill out the required information, send us you inquiry using your new ID’s email address.
※The new email address you’re trying to change to cannot be registered on Between already. Please send us the email using an account that isn’t registered on Between.
■Your partner also needs to send us an email.
1. Please write down your information.
- Partner's current ID that they are having difficulty using: ?
- The new ID your partner is trying to update to: ?
- Your ID: ? (send us the inquiry using this email)
2. Once you fill out the required information, send us your inquiry using the email address you’re using as your Between ID.
※Caution
1. We can’t verify your identity with an email address that is difficult to use. Please be aware that we are providing assistance on changing your account in accordance with Between’s operation policy.
2. Both parties need to send us an email, and we will only proceed with the account change if the information provided by both parties match.
3. The account of the connected partner doesn’t change.
4. Even if your account is updated/changed, your existing data doesn’t disappear.
